Let's Get Started!

How to Prepare

During this appointment with your Design Studio Consultant, you’ll be picking out flooring, cabinets, countertops, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. We understand browsing online can’t replace the experience of seeing and touching, but we highly encourage you to view the design options we offer prior to your design studio appointment, make notes of what you like, and email us your favorite choices. If you have any budget concerns or particular goals to achieve, emailing those 48 hours prior to your appointment will be helpful. Then, bring your notes, ideas, inspiration photos, questions and come ready to explore the design studio!

WHAT TO EXPECT

We want you to maximize every moment of your appointment, so please arrive a few minutes early. We schedule multiple appointments a day so if you are running late or cannot make it to your appointment on time it’s important that you call to let us know, as we may need to reschedule. We want to make sure there is sufficient time to walk through everything in detail. Our communities and home plans vary, so expect your appointment to last anywhere from 1 to 3 hours. Since you will be finalizing your selections, we want you to feel comfortable with every decision you make, without feeling rushed. As much as you may want to include family members and friends at this appointment, we have found this can be distracting and even overwhelming when making such important and personal choices for your home. If you have an agent, the agent may attend with you should you desire; however, we prefer that only the buyers on the contract are present.

Certain policies prevent removing/adding items after certain phases of construction. We make every effort to accommodate our homeowners and at times this is not possible due to cut-off stage restrictions. Time is of the essence in choosing and finalizing your personal choices. Quick Delivery Homes may not have the ability to change interior features - contact your Sales Consultant for details. We do our best to offer items that are readily available, however, vendors may discontinue certain offerings and this may require you to reselect your options as quickly as possible to prevent delay in construction of your new home.
